I’ve often watched people like this sorting through waste on rubbish day making away with usual items which were discarded as well as food and whatnot.
These vagrants however were sifting through the trash after glass and paper for recycling purposes to buy food and dop.
I’ve heard that government is trying to pass a bill which will see people like this cleared off the road deprived of their methods of making a little cash in order to portray a better image towards tourists come 2010 for the Soccer World Cup.
I wonder if people like this will simply be collected and dropped off in a “Happy Valley” type of place come March 2010?
