Getting married? Beach wedding? Count me in!

There’s something about photographing a wedding on the beach which always makes me smile when I land such a job as it really makes a pleasant change from a 60’s designed church with poor lighting.

This couple from the UK recently got married at “On The Rocks” Restaurant in Blouberg.

Beach wedding photography can be quite tricky at times as the bright outside light can cause problems when taking exposures. My advice to a future bride is to make sure that the wedding does not take place during the exact midday sun as this will cause really poor shadows and hire a good photographer not a lightmonkey.

Anyway the wedding rocked and I’m happy with the beach wedding pics I got as I’m sure the bridal couple will be too.
